ZJ70/4500LD drilling rig is a kind of compound mechnical-electric drive rig equipment designed for meeting the needs of exploring and develeoping the deepest oil/gas wells in oilfields. 2 F-1600 mud pumps and JC70　drawworks are mechanically driven. After torque converted by YB900 torque converter and compounded by an one-piece chain compound case, the power of 3 PZ12V190BG3-3 diesels is divided into three groups of drive power. The rotary table and the catworks on the raised drill floor are driven by the silicon controlled rectifier (SCR). The drilling rig features low price, good performance and large price-performance ratio. The open front mast is assembled on the ground and raised integrally. The self-lift type substructure is raised by the drawworks itself power. The drawworks is assembled in low position, the sloping driving mechanism on the raised drill floor features compact and simple arrangement and high efficiency and reliability.
